HL-C1 Series (Ultra High Speed Laser Displacement Sensor): Allows high speed measurement of rotating, vibrating and moving workpieces. Resolution of 1um and linearity of ±0.1%F.S. Easy operation with touch panel. Data can be retrieved and save through RS 232C interface. Conform to UL and CE standard.
HL-T1 Series (Ultra Compact Laser Line Sensor): A Laser collimated beam sensor of Class 1 laser classification (IEC/JIS), eliminates the need for safety countermeasures. Resolution of 4µm allows precision positioning and size judgement. Capable of detecting minute object of diameter from 8µm.
